I manage assets of my family and friends under the Stoic Value Partners brand.
For this purpose, I pursue a long-term, value-oriented investment strategy, i.e. I primarily look for companies that can be bought cheaply on the stock market compared to their intrinsic value.
I do not engage in short-selling or leverage, and invest mainly in equities. The intensive analysis of companies, through which I want to understand a company better and better over time, means that we are often only invested in a few stocks. This can mean that the portfolios are subject to greater volatility in asset value.
That is why it is all the more important to master one's own feelings, thoughts and biases in addition to a solid analysis. Only those who invest with Stoic calm and composure can realise the value of their investments over time.
